User Data Deletion Instructions

Asha Hospital respects your privacy. If you want us to delete personal data connected to your account, appointment profile, or WhatsApp communication records, please send a deletion request.
How to request deletion

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number
- Patient ID (if available)
- Email ID used with us
- Reason for request (optional)
Verification process
To protect your account, we may ask for identity verification before processing deletion.
Processing timeline
We process valid requests within 30 days.
What will be deleted
Where legally permitted, we will delete or anonymize:
- Account profile data
- Communication history linked to your account
- Non-mandatory operational records
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained when required by law, medical regulations, audit, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution. Retained records are restricted to legal/compliance use only.
Third-party platforms
If you connected through Meta/Facebook/WhatsApp, you can also remove app permissions from your Meta account settings.
